Bounty from the Valley
Instagram is wonderful for making discoveries, and an itinerary sprung to life when I realized that two intriguing businesses I had been following were located a few blocks from each other.
We stole away to the San Fernando Valley for three hours on Saturday morning and met a renowned garden rose grower, as well as shopped in a gourmet warehouse. I’d been tracking both businesses on Instagram, which is something I do when I want to remember a place I’ve just heard about. When I realized that Rose Lane Farms and Epicurus Gourmet were located a few blocks from each other near the Burbank Airport, my itinerary was set.
