I Love Love Indian Wells

The BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament is a fun way to spend a few days in the desert. This year's tourney is wrapping up but you can tune in to watch the finals (and plan for next year's games).

I spent just one evening at the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament in Indian Wells last week, but had such a terrific experience that I’m already itching to return for 2026. Next time around, I’ll plan for at least one (and perhaps two) day sessions so I can see more matches. Whether you head to Palm Desert with girlfriends or make a weekend plan with another couple, being in the desert for a few days in March is a win. We golfed and hiked during the day, and went to the tennis on Saturday night. Now that we are home, we feel connected to the players we watched, and can enjoy the final rounds on television this weekend.
